Hello!!! Welcome to my life with fitness
My mission is to live with INTEGRITY while making a difference in the lives of others. I have always believed anything is possible and that the sky is the limit. If you have doubts let me help you garner the HEALTHY mindset that would also lead you to a Healthy body.
Although I've been a group instructor since 2004 I have competed in several NPC sanctioned figure and bikini contests placing in the top 5 my very first show and setting the stage (literally) to learn from each show. I would walk away placing anywhere from 2nd to 7th (2011) learning by leaps and bounds. This increased my passion for my desire to help others achieve their best aspiring to inspire one rep at a time!! My belief is that our body is our temple and we should nourish it as we would any relationship we want to be successful.
Lastly I want you to know that these accomplishments have not come easy. I am a business women AFFA certified personal trainer and mortgage broker, a mother, a wife, a friend you get the picture. Structuring my life to include fitness took commitment and dedication. This is what I will instill in you I LIVE BY THE PRINCIPAL OF TIME MANAGEMENT. Every day you are either moving in the direction of your goal or away from it... come walk with me and together we will accomplish your goal.
